I came upon this pattern and will be slowly working on it bit by bit as I go along. I really like it and though the pattern was a bit confusing at first it's not as hard as it looked (gotta love that symbolism in a pattern!).
It's worked up in some left over "Hot Blue" and "Hot Pink" I had lying around in cotton, and while the pattern does not call for stripes in that fashion it does make for an interesting bag.
